On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed rear patio lawn garden with furniture, barbecue, bike storage and parking for three cars on a private driveway. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub and 0.5 a river. Two well-behaved dogs welcome and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
