Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a courtyard patio area with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Grooms Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break to the East Midlands.
