The kitchen contains a double electric oven, gas hob, built-in microwave, fridge, freezer and there is an iron and ironing board in the cupboard. For entertainment, guests are provided with four TVs and WiFi.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and two enclosed decking areas, one with furniture and the other with a hot tub. There is central heating which is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. The property is pet-friendly, however please ensure pets and young children are supervised near the lake.

Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 0.9 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. 2 Coniston View is a charming lodge with beautiful views over a lake.
