The Bothy, a single-storey annexe, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for one, fridge, microwave, 2-ring electric hob, kettle, as well as a woodburning stove. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, WC, and portable sink.

WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private non-enclosed front garden with patio, furniture, shared non-enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pet welcome.
