14 Marine Terrace, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining table, and a sitting room with corner sofa, exposed wall, wood-burning stove, wall-mounted smart TV, and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one double with an en-suite, and a twin. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden terrace with furniture, an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and barbecue, and permit parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Sorry, no smoking. 14 Marine Terrace offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: External double bedroom in annex can be booked a an extra cost.
