Please note that the property only accepts Friday check-ins for week long and weekend bookings, three day weekends on peak holiday periods and bank holidays. Kent Downs Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table, a sitting room with Smart TV, wood burning stove, and a second sitting room with sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, two king-sizes, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
