This single-storey home has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, along with a family bathroom. There's also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and outside, there is off-road parking and boat parking. There's a spacious decked area and a lawn leading to the dock with barbecue, badminton net and rackets, and cornhole garden game included.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Hot Tub available upon request, an extra £220 will be payable directly to the owner.

Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the dockside location of the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times.
