There is a bathroom with bath and handheld shower, a second-floor shower room and a cloakroom, as well as a kitchen/diner and a first floor sitting room with balcony.

Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, seating area and barbecue. 3 Lon Y Dryw is a wonderful property in an excellent location for exploring Trearddur Bay. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio area and lawn with furniture and two deckchairs. Two well-behaved pets welcome, to be kept on the ground floor only.
