Ardwyn is a house consisting of a kitchen with three ovens, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a utility with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for fourteen guests and pool table, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a family room with a king-size and sofa bed and en-suite shower, super-king-size with en-suite shower, king-size with en-suite shower, ground-floor king-size serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, blue tiles, and orange walls. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for six cars. EV charging available. One well-behaved dog welcome.

Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.3 miles a beach. Your stay at Ardwyn is sure to be a memorable one.

Sleeps 10 adults & 4 children. Ardwyn Boasts Five Lovely bedrooms - Consisting of Four suites in the main house intentionally large and one in "Little Ardwyn" the annexe. Master bedroom suite with super-king-size bed this room comes with a balcony/furniture and luxury en-suite, double walk-in shower, double his and hers basin, and WC.

Please be aware both sofa beds in this room are only suitable for children. Family suite room with king-size and sofa bed and en-suite, walk-in shower, basin and WC, The Green room with king-size with en-suite, walk-in shower, basin and WC, Ground-floor bedroom king-size with adjacent family bathroom. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Apart from three sofa beds we offer a Z bed that can be positioned to suit the layouts you request. Fully equipped Utility room. Opulent social open-plan living space with designer kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Annexe (Little Ardwyn) Completley self-contained Double bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower basin and WC, kitchenette and sitting area. Games available - Full size table tennis in bar lounge area/pro slate pool plus many other house games are supplied. Sky TV in lounge/ Sky TV in bar area.
