The living areas in this reverse-level home consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and TV. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and consist of a double and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking.
