The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed front decking with furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property.

Smart TV in lounge connected to Free-Sat with separate DVD player, 3 x TV/DVD players in bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, Boxed Games for rainy days as well as some books for reading.

Note: The pub, convenience store, launderette, restaurant and cafe on-site with separate burger and ice cream vans; local Tesco, Morrison’s, Asda, Sainsbury stores deliver upon request, local butchers and cafe, chip shop and Grilled-88, Co-op, railway station cafe and bar all within walking distance or short drive, the park's leisure facilities are located at the top of a hill and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues . Note: Park passes are not included but can be purchased locally from the Parkdean office, this allows access to activities including the heated indoor swimming pool, children's adventure playground and entertainment.
