Additional rooms include a modern kitchen and a living/dining room which poses a woodburning stove. Off-road parking is available. Outside, the house poses a private front and side garden with seating area.

There is a newly refurbished, large, well-stocked Co-op 7 miles further on in Kyle, the nearest Morrisons is located in Fort William and the nearest Asda & Tesco are in Inverness. Please note: The garden is open to the hillside to support local wildlife and is not enclosed, being cut into the hillside means it is on more than one level with some steep parts and some uneven ground. Note: We recommend that small children and dogs should be supervised at all times in the garden.
