Situated in the heart of the New Forest, this property is a great base for making the most of the surrounding countryside. Guests can hire bikes and head along the numerous cycling trails which cover the New Forest, or head out on foot and enjoy a lovely walk that finishes at the local pub. Spend the evening down in Lymington Quay, meandering the cobbled streets and exploring the independent shops of this pretty coastal town.

For keen sailors, the nearby Sailing Centre in Lymington is a great place to learn. The property has an inviting lounge which is a perfect spot for relaxing with a good book in front of the woodburner after a day spent outdoors. Wood floors add to the country style warmth of this charming property.

A dining area provides a lovely space for entertaining and the open fire creates a wonderful ambience. The property has a lovely kitchen that’s well equipped with all the essentials for cooking up a storm. A utility room provides a great space for storing sandy flip flops and buckets and spades.
