Outside, there is off-road parking available and a lawn garden to the rear. The Swan Pub is a 30 second walk across the road. Lyndhurst is a mere 5 minute walk away.

Note: There is strictly no smoking at this property. Please note: Bookings are only accepted on Fridays for this property for seven nights only (except Christmas and New Year). Lyndhurst shops are 0.6 mile to Lyndhurst and along a wide footpath which is within walking distance.
