Pet friendly cottage, sleeps 10 - Lymington, Hampshire

Kings Lea is a wonderful, dog-friendly, three-storey house in central Lymington, Hampshire, offering parking permits, an enclosed garden, and flexible accommodation well-suited to families or groups of friends travelling together. Step inside and discover a home arranged over multiple floors, creating a sense of space and choice throughout your stay. The kitchen and dining area sit at the heart of the house, ready for shared breakfasts and long evening meals, while the main sitting room and separate snug provide places to gather or break away with a book or board game.

On cooler evenings, the electric fire adds a welcoming glow as conversation carries on. The lower-ground-floor sitting room hosts a double sofa bed, offering additional space for children to settle in, while bedrooms are spread across the house to give everyone room of their own. A lower-ground-floor king-size bedroom with en-suite works well for guests who enjoy extra privacy, while further king-size rooms across the upper floors create flexible sleeping for couples or friends sharing.

Bathrooms are thoughtfully placed, offering both walk-in showers and a bath with shower over, keeping mornings flowing smoothly when plans are already set. Outside, the enclosed garden becomes an easy extension of the living space, ideal for morning coffee, time spent unwinding after coastal walks, or summer barbecues with the dogs playing safely nearby. With parking permits provided for the car park opposite, heading out for the day is straightforward, whether on foot or by car.

Lymington itself is a highlight, with its historic quay, marinas, and weekly market creating a lively coastal atmosphere. Brockenhurst is close by and acts as a gateway to the New Forest, where woodland trails, open heathland, and roaming ponies invite long walks and cycle rides. Beaulieu offers a rewarding family day out, home to the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu Abbey, and Palace House, all set within extensive grounds.

With coast, forest, and town life within easy reach, Kings Lea offers a well-positioned base for a varied Hampshire break.
