The vibrant town of Lymington is an excellent spot for an afternoon spent meandering through the independent shops and along the cobbled streets before heading to one of the town’s lovely cafes. An enchanting property constructed from the stone of Beaulieu Abbey, this property is inviting from the moment guests set eyes on it. A delightful country style kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and there is a lovely farmhouse dining table for entertaining.

Exposed wood beams add to the charming character of the room. An archway leads through to the lounge area which is a wonderful space for relaxing in front of the woodburner after a day spent out on the river. Double doors lead out into the garden and ensure that the lounge is lovely and bright.

On the ground floor there is also a shower room which is perfect for washing off sandy feet after a day on the coast. Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double zip-and-link bed and an en-suite with a roll top bath and shower.

The third cosy bedroom consists of two twin beds and there is a main bathroom on this floor which contains a shower.

The property’s delightful garden is sited where the monks of Beaulieu’s 13th century monastery originally had their hop garden. A large lawn with a BBQ and garden furniture provides a lovely space for those restful summer evenings. An intimate courtyard patio area is located to the side of the property and is a perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.
