Sisial-y-Mor is a converted barn in the village of Tal-y-Bont in North Wales. It has two bedrooms comprising a king size and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room.

To the outsdie there is off road parking, an external utility and a courtyard with a bench. Sisial-y-Mor is a cosy cottage in a brilliant coastal location. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Accommodation Summary

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. External utility room.

Facilities

Underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in shared external utility.

Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent, please bring own beach towels.

Travel cot. Highchair available on request. Use of indoor heated swimming pool in owner's nearby caravan park, 1st March - End of November.

Pool is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Boat launching facilities in caravan park. Off road parking for 2 cars, boats etc.

Open courtyard with picnic bench for own use. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Shop 3 miles , pub and bistro restaurant 10 mins walk. Rural award-winning beach 10 mins walk. Note: Within a 5 minute walk there is a restaurant/bistro which is available all year, there is also an arcade, entertainment lounge, Ice cream parlor, fish & chip take away, convenience store which is available from April - October.

Note: Campsites nearby, associated noise may be experienced.
