Amenities include gas central heating, an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, and a darts board, with fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels provided.

Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, and gas barbecue, plus private parking with ample space. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Plas Dorothea is 1.7 miles from a shop, 1.8 miles from a pub, and 0.1 miles from the river, offering an ideal retreat for larger gatherings.
