The living areas include a kitchen housing electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD player and Freesat. The bedrooms include a double and twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a shared enclosed garden with barbecue and patio area.

This property will accept two dogs however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Within 3 miles there is a shop and pub.

Llain Fadarn is a wonderful base for exploring Gwynedd. Note: Equipment and rod license required to use fishing lake in grounds. Note: Shallow, unfenced pond in garden.
