Bryn Moelyn Cottage consists of a reverse-level property with a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms are ground-floor and consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, and twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a first-floor enclosed, rear patio with furniture and hot tub, plus ample off-road parking with EV charger.

Within 2.8 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available.

Heating and utility costs are included as is kindling and a starter basket of dry wood for the multi-fuel burner further baskets of wood can be purchased from the owners on request. Bed linen and towel inc. in rent.
