The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for five people, and a sitting room and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars.

Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome or two small pets.

Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms, we ask that customers provide throws/blankets if dogs are using the lounge furniture. Note: Charging of Electric Vehicles is prohibited; the closest charging point is at Porthmadog Tesco car park. Please note that there is an additional £25 charge for each pet, per week
