Dog friendly cottage, sleeps 2 - Criccieth, Gwynedd

Bron Eifion Pod 3 is a fine pod resting in Criccieth, Gwynedd, with off-road parking for one car, a garden with a picnic bench, and views that stretch across the surrounding woodland. Set within 40 acres of mature trees, this compact retreat is well-suited to couples or solo travellers seeking time outdoors and a slower rhythm to their days. Inside, the pod is arranged as a single-storey, studio-style space, thoughtfully laid out so everything flows with ease.

The wooden, rustic interior reflects the natural setting outside, creating a warm backdrop for relaxed mornings and unhurried evenings. The open-plan living space brings together the kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area, making it easy to prepare simple meals, linger over breakfast, or settle in with the TV as the light softens across the countryside. The double bed sits neatly within the space, keeping the layout practical and uncluttered.

Completing the interior is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, ideal after time spent exploring the grounds. Step outside, and the garden becomes an extension of the living space. The picnic bench offers a spot to sit with a drink, watch wildlife move through the trees, or simply enjoy the open air.

Anglers will be drawn to the well‑stocked lake, open all year, while others can wander beneath the woodland canopy or pause by the water’s edge. For days out, Criccieth offers seaside character and castle views, Pwllheli invites harbour strolls and relaxed dining, and Porthmadog provides a lively mix of shops and cafés. However you choose to spend your break, Bron Eifion Pod 3 offers a simple base surrounded by lake, woodland, and coast.
