The property offers an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area featuring a woodburning stove. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

A utility room includes a washer/dryer. There is one king-size bedroom with TV, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. A first-floor snug provides additional living space.
