Upstairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner awaits, drenched in natural light and offering stunning views towards the sea. If you decide to dine in, you’ll find all the necessary equipment in this sociable space. The dining area, capable of seating up to 12 people, is the perfect setting to enjoy your culinary creations.

As the day winds down, relax in the lounge on the comfortable sofas. On this floor, you’ll also find a convenient shower room and a twin room with an elevated view of the living area. On the ground floor, there’s a king-size bedroom with a curved wall and an en-suite wet room, a super-king-size zip-and-link room with an en-suite shower room, and another super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The enclosed garden is just a few metres from the chapel, across a quiet lane, and features a fenced lawn and shrubs. This cottage can be booked alongside the adjacent cottage, Hafan y r Haf, which accommodates four people. The property is ideally situated between Barmouth (6 miles), renowned for its picturesque harbour, and Harlech (5 miles), famous for its historic castle.

You’ll find golden sandy beaches, cafes, shops, museums, and galleries within 2 miles of your door. The area offers numerous activities, including stand-up paddleboarding, boat trips, fishing, sea swimming, rock climbing, walking, and cycling. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Royal St David’s links golf course in Harlech, while mountain biking enthusiasts can head to Coed-y-Brenin (22 miles).

Nearby, Snowdonia National Park beckons with its extensive footpaths and cycle routes amidst breathtaking landscapes.
