Five bedrooms including two king-size, double, twin, adult bunk. There is also a bathroom, shower room, cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, snug and a sitting room. The heating is oil and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

For entertainment there are two smart TVs, a TV with basic Sky Q, DVD player and Superfast broadband WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with decking, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but smoking is not permitted. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.3 miles.

Ty Coed is a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year.
