Single storey. Three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area.

The heating is gas and kitchen houses an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. For entertainment there are two TVs with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included.

To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear decking with barbecue and furniture. One small pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. 0.4 miles to a shop, pub and beach.
