Outside, there is off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis and public, pay-and-display parking 150 yards from the property, and an enclosed, rear garden with gravelled area and furniture.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles.

Please note that due to the age of the property there are some lower ceilings throughout. Barton Cottage makes a lovely Cotswold escape.
