Located in the heart of East Sussex in the village of Netherfield, this pretty cottage is within easy reach of the village green, where the local post office, shop and two pubs are situated. The historic town of Battle renowned for the famed 1066 Battle of Hastings that took place in its very own landscapes is nearby and is a truly intriguing town brimming with history and charm and a great number of restaurants, shops and tea rooms as well as the imposing Battle Abbey situated at the end of the High Street. Hastings and the rest of the Sussex coastline is only a 20-minute drive away, where you can find sandy and pebbled beaches and bustling seaside towns and villages.

Step inside and instantly be welcomed into the cosy lounge which has corner sofas to relax on after a busy day exploring, whilst watching your favourite film on the Smart TV curled up in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings. When it comes to dining the well-equipped kitchen /diner has everything you need to whip up a meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. The dining area seats everyone for a nice meal and enjoys spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.

Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and room to store muddy boots and coats. The ground floor is completed with a king-size bedroom with and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Stairs from the ground floor head up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms: a king with dual aspect windows offering stunning countryside views and a twin.
