There is an open-plan living space housing a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Smart TV and dining area. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and a single with en-suite shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a rear enclosed garden.

Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note there is no smoking. Please note: One well-behaved dog is now allowed (only downstairs). Travel cot, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Please note: During the spring and summer (1st April to 30th September) although depending on temperatures, the Aga is not in operation due to the constant heat it produces, which makes the property very warm. Alternative cooking facilities are provided by way of a two ring induction hob, Ninja roaster and air fryer (full step by step instructions provided) and microwave.
