Baytree Lodge is a stunning property in the village of Osmington, close to Weymouth. The property has five bedrooms and sleeps ten people. It has 1 x Master king bedroom with a single bed, 2 x king-size bedrooms, 1 x twin and 1 x triple bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a family bathroom.

There is a large kitchen/dining area and two sitting rooms one with wood-burning stove. The property has an indoor swimming pool, games room and extensive gardens including play area, BBQ and furniture. Baytree Lodge in Osmington is the perfect house for your large family holiday near Weymouth in Dorset.

Note: Please note that the swimming pool, games room and children's play area are all unsupervised and are therefore used at your own risk. Note: Please also be aware gardeners will be attending the property intermittently throughout the year for essential garden maintenance. Note: The heated swimming pool will be closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am - 9am for essential pool maintenance (except bank holidays).

Maintenance contractors will access the pool via the garden and not through the house. Note: 1 x King-size bedroom is situated outside the main house above, the games room. Note: First basket of logs for wood burner fire provided between Oct-April.

Note: Good House keeping bond of 200GBP. Please Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 7 night stays between 30th May- 1st October 2026. Saturday changeovers only.

Please note: There are a flight of stairs down to the swimming pool with a stairgate at the top.

Accepts one well behaved dog.
