Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a private lawned garden and communal grounds including an outdoor swimming pool (open June - September), a tennis court and table tennis. Deer Leap Cottage is a fabulous family holiday home resting in beautiful Dorset. Note: There is a large unfenced lake on the property grounds and children must be supervised at all times.

Note: Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be supervised outside due to wild deer on site. Note: Swimming pool available in summer months (1st June - 1st October). Note: Swimming pool/tennis court/table tennis is also shared with neighbouring property Deer Leap House 1060785.
