Single-storey. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath with Grohe thermostatic shower over, basin and WC.

Kitchen/diner. Open-plan living space with dining area and sitting area. Sunroom.

Cloakroom with basin and WC. Large, well-lit table with coastal views suitable either for remote working or entertaining. Fast internet.

Regular trains to London from nearby Axminster in under 3hrs

Off road parking for 2 cars. The drive has been widened but the parking has tight turning for access requiring care with large cars. Gardens to front and south side with sloping lawns, small garden to rear with patio and furniture.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles.

Note: There are some external steps to the cottage or slope and two internal steps with handrails inside the cottage so please bear this in mind when booking.
