Set on the edge of Langton Matravers in glorious South Dorset countryside, this sweet cottage is perfect for exploring the Jurassic Coast and this quintessential corner of English coast. Discover the independent shops, pubs, pier, steam railway, galleries, seafront and eateries of Swanage (1.5 miles). Encounter rare wildlife at the exquisite Studland and Godlingston Heath Nature Reserve (4 miles), bask on Knoll and South Beach (5 miles), or catch a ferry across to Sandbanks (23 miles by road).

Langton Matravers (0.5 miles) has a lovely pub and a brilliant ‘Dinosaur Footprints’ walk along the Priests Way, which connects the village with Swanage. Walk from Durlston Country Park (3 miles) to nearby Anvil Lighthouse, for dramatic vistas and breathtaking sea views. Located in a wing of the owner’s home, inside the cottage you’ll find an abundance of cosy rustic comfort.
