To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with garden furniture. Ocean Wave is lovely holiday home for couples who wish to holiday close to Weymouth beach. Note: Down a flight of steps from parking area to courtyard.

Note: Three flights of steps some double sized down garden to rear gate from patio. Note; Fireplace in sitting room not in use, just a feature. Please note: Vale Fire will be attending the property on Monday 9th February 2026 to carry out the annual Fire Extinguisher service.
