Vine Cottage is a charming 17th-century stone cottage set in the heart of Burton Bradstock, just a short walk from the beach and the South West Coast Path. Sleeping four and welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs, the cottage offers a cosy and characterful base for exploring the Jurassic Coast. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area features exposed beams, a stone fireplace, wooden wall panelling, and a window seat overlooking the front garden.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge with ice box, small freezer, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is also a WC and a spacious shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. Upstairs, the double bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, while the twin room includes an en-suite cloakroom with WC and basin, and enjoys views over the village and surrounding hills.

The staircase, typical of cottages of this age, adds to the property's character. Outside, the front garden includes a lawn and patio with seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air. A small rear courtyard provides a washing line.

There is off-road parking for one car on the drive, with a gated covered car port for an additional vehicle. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel and power included.
