Grazeland Cottage is a converted stone built farmhouse that can sleep four people on two bedrooms. All on one level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin, plus a shower room. The kitchen has a breakfast table and there is a large sitting room with dining area leading to a conservatory with doors opening up onto the lawned garden with patio area and barbecue.

There is off road parking. Grazleland cottage in the rural village of Broadoak provides the perfect countryside retreat for your holiday. NOTE: Garden with covered pond.

NOTE: The annex is next to owners' home. NOTE: Guests are requested not to leave their pet unattended within the property. NOTE: This property is only able to accept a Saturday changeover.
