Tradewinds is a first-floor apartment in a period Grade II listed building situated in Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from its proximity to the old harbour. The cottage can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one king size double and one twin as well as a shower room. The rest of the apartment is made up of open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room.

To the outside of the apartment there is allocated off road parking is a shared rear communal parking area. Tradewinds is a beautiful and comfortable holiday getaway for couples or families looking for a quieter location close to the town centre and beach. Note: This property accepts a minimum of 7 night stays between May- September.

Note: the shower room can be accessed via the hallway or through twin single bedroom. Note: the property has feather duvets. Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year.

These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. This may cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions.
