The Well House is a large, detached property resting in Southbourne in Bournemouth. The property comprises five bedrooms; a master with a super-king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, three doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, served by a family bathroom. The property also boasts a hallway with a seating area and woodburning stove, a kitchen, dining room, living room with open fire, a sitting room and a garden room.

Outside is ample off-road parking and extensive gardens with lawn, patio area with seating, a pond and a garden house. Appliances include an electric/gas double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two TVs. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for the fires, bed linen and towels are all included. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.8 miles or less. The Well House is a fantastic base for a family or group gathering to the South coast.
