This characterful retreat has now been stunningly reimagined with a wealth of eye-catching features including exposed stonework, timber beams, vaulted ceilings, a welcoming wood burner and a beautiful freestanding bath.

A few steps lead down and into this charming residence, where you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner beneath an eye-catching vaulted and beamed ceiling. The cosy lounge has a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a wood burner, with a central dining table perfect for romantic meals which you can rustle up in the handcrafted kitchen. Outside, the patio area has garden furniture and is screened from the neighbouring property, making it a lovely space for a morning coffee. The cottage lies a mile from the cheerful village of Stoke Abbott which has a friendly pub where you can relax after a day spent exploring the sites of the Iron Age hillforts at Lewesdon Hill and Pilsdon Pen, both within 2.5 miles.

Situated along the route of the Wessex Ridgeway, the cottage is perfect for exploring a breathtaking part of Dorset with local attractions including Barrington Court, Coney's Castle, Golden Cap, Forde Abbey and Gardens, and Charmouth Beach, all within 15 miles.
