This delightful cottage near the North Devon coast is the ideal property for a holiday with friends or family. It is surrounded by acres of tranquil countryside yet only five miles from the golden sand and clean surf of Woolacombe, making it perfectly located for days at the beach. At the end of a day exploring, why not enjoy a bit of friendly competition by making use of the on-site tennis court and games room, including pool table, football table and a playhouse for younger children.

This charming cottage is lovingly decorated throughout, making it homely and comfortable. The lounge is light and airy with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The dining area is at the opposite end of the lounge offering open-plan living.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to self-cater for everyone. The twin bedroom is downstairs with a shower and WC next door (down a step). Upstairs, you’ll find the double bedroom and the single bedroom.

Outside, you can explore the surrounding countryside or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Woolacombe is possibly the best blue-flag beach in North Devon with its rolling waves and miles of soft sand that connect it to the stunning Putsborough Sands. Woolacombe also has a variety of eateries suitable for all tastes and budgets.

For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path passes through Woolacombe, and Exmoor National Park is nearby with Lynton and Lynmouth 17 miles away. For family days out, try Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (7.5 miles) or quirky Watermouth Castle (6.5 miles).
