The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin (zip/link), a double, and a twin, with a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is a courtyard with furniture, a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, shared access to lawn for exercising dogs and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find both a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Hope House Stables is a charming base, well-positioned to explore Devon. Note: The owner's property is located next door. Note: The owners may occasionally need to access the courtyard to use the outdoor tap.
