Please note: only weekly bookings starting on a Saturday can be accommodated during July and August as well as during school holidays such as Easter, February, October half term and over Christmas while a 3 night minimum stay is required for New Year. The living areas in this single-storey consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and dining seating for fourteen guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with TV and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of three super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), three king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a bunk room, all with en-suite shower rooms.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Within 2 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking and no vaping. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
