With three bedrooms (master suite, twin and bunk room) and two bathrooms, the property sleeps six guests. A modern kitchen, and combined living / dining space, the apartment boasts a private balcony with spectacular sea views.

There is also a communal barbeque area, and heated outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for couples and families, 12 Thurlestone Rock is perfect for a coastal break.

A second-floor apartment. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size with en suite (power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and heated towel rail), 1 x twin, 1 x bunk beds. Family bathroom (bath, separate shower cubicle, w.c., shaver point, and heated towel rail).

Fully fitted kitchen. Utility room. Spacious lounge/dining room.

Balcony area. Large communal patio area.

Facilities

Electric fan double oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Smart TV. Wifi.

One allocated parking space. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided - guests require beach towels. Strictly No Smoking.

This apartment had major refurbishment completed in May 2025. The swimming pool is open from May - mid September (subject to change without further notice and guidelines available in the property). 2 dogs welcome at a cost of £45 per dog per short break or week.

Please note dogs are not allowed onto furniture nor in the bedrooms. 2 flights of steps from parking area to entrance and 15-20 steps up to number 12 BBQ's not permitted on private balconies/patios.
