Flat 2 is a maisonette set over the first and second floor of the property. On the first floor there is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with a TV and dining seating for four and a shower room (down several steps) with walk-in shower, basin and WC. On the second floor there is a double and a twin zip/link which can be set up as a double on request.

Cot and highchair are available. Pay-and-display car Park around the corner or parking on the street behind. Within 0.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, a river and a beach and please note this is a smoke-free property.
