Lower Well Farm House, a converted farmhouse, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washer/dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, corner sofa, sofa, and two armchairs, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a study with armchair and desk. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite, two super-king-size with en-suites, and twin with en-suite. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, there is an enclosed Italian style courtyard with furniture and a barbecue and ample off-road parking. Two small dogs by prior arrangement at a cost of £50 per pet. Sorry, no smoking.

Special dog towels will be provided to help keep mess to a minimum. Please remember, this is a working farm and there are both livestock and wild animals on state, therefore dogs must be kept on lead and you must clean up after your dog. Zip-link beds may be available upon request to help accommodate your group's preferred sleeping arrangements.
