The building is Grade II Listed and has been converted from the estate's original timepiece into a three-storey residence. Access to the property is via a private entrance leading to a stone spiral staircase, which connects all floors.

The first floor comprises an open-plan living area with a sitting space, wall-mounted Smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The second floor features an open-plan bedroom with a king-size bed and vaulted ceilings.
