Four spacious and impressive bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests and afford glorious views over the surrounding farmland. Step out of your front door and enjoy many of the walks with your beloved canine friends available from the farm.

The pretty village of Payhembury is less than 1 mile away where you can enjoy a well-deserved pint in the local pub and pick up supplies for dinner from the community shop. Kids can play freely in the communal courtyard and shared play area whilst you put your feet up with a good book, unwind and take in the fresh Devon air. Contemporary in design yet retaining original features, this stylish property greets you with an impressive entrance hallway, showcasing lovely original brickwork.

The lounge is warm and cosy with a wood burner to cuddle up in front of, watching your favourite TV shows together. The spacious country-style kitchen/dining area provides a wonderful social hub where you can all gather to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. Continuing on the ground floor you will find a spacious super-king-size bedroom with a zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower.
