The Cosy View consists of a kitchen/diner with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include two doubles, one with Smart TV, and a single, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with terrace and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars.

One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop within 0.3 miles, and a pub within 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

The Cosy View is a lovely base for exploring Paignton and Dartmoor National Park. Note: Electric fire not in use. Good Housekeeping Bond 400 GBP.

Worker/business/company bookings welcome. Walkers, cyclists, golfers, sports groups welcome. Two small well-behaved dogs also welcome, but we do request that they do not go on furniture or upstairs in the carpeted areas.
