Junket Cottage is a smart contemporary semi-detached cottage above the river in the Devon waterside village of Noss Mayo. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin, plus a downstairs bathroom. On the ground floor is a hall, a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen with dining area.

Outside is a seating area with furniture, with access through the gate to the left hand side of the hedge, there are steep steps leading down to a shared slipway, mooring and quay beside the river. Just 500 yards from the popular waterside inns, Junket Cottage is a smashing place for a relaxing and interesting break in Devon. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not allowed upstairs) no puppies under 1 year.
