Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels. Private parking space just outside the owners property adjacent to the cottage.

Sorry, no smoking. Guests has their own entrance from the Garden gate. We welcome one dog - guests are kindly asked to bring their own throws and dog crate and to dispose of any dog litter before departure

Great location, shops and pub are a short walk from the cottage - The beautiful Westward Ho beach, Appledore and Instow beach between 1-1.5 miles and the coastal path is just a short walk from the cottage, perfect for walking all year round
